APC NWC Dismisses Court Order on Ganduje's Suspension as Party Affirms Support

The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) responded to a recent court order affirming the suspension of its National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, dismissing it as lacking validity.

The National Working Committee (NWC) of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) responded to a Kano State High Court's order affirming the suspension of its National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, dismissing it as invalid. This development unfolded on Wednesday as Ganduje welcomed the APC Ward Executives from his Ganduje Ward in Kano State to the national party headquarters, where they expressed their unwavering support for him.

During his address to the ward executives, Ganduje asserted that those responsible for his purported suspension were impostors, casting doubt on the legitimacy of their actions. Additionally, the National Legal Adviser of the Party, Prof. Abdulkarim Kana, weighed in, denouncing the Kano High Court order as unenforceable due to alleged fraudulent acquisition.

Kana further indicated that the ward executives intended to lodge a complaint with the National Judicial Council (NJC) to ensure accountability for the high court judge involved in issuing the contentious order. This move reflects the party's determination to challenge what they perceive as judicial overreach and uphold Ganduje's leadership within the APC.
