Supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) enthusiastically received Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna, the party's gubernatorial candidate in the 2023 General Elections, upon his arrival in Kano. Gawuna's visit on Sunday marked his first public appearance and official visit to the state since the conclusion of the previous administration.

This visit comes amidst recent developments, including the Supreme Court's ruling against the APC. Notably, the National Chairman of the party, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, had previously undertaken a similar trip to Kano following the court's decision.
