A presidential candidate for the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) from the University of Abuja, Comrade Jubril Batuta, has expressed concerns over alleged secret meetings being organized by President Bola Tinubu's son, Seyi Tinubu, with the aim of influencing NANS' leadership transition.

In a statement released on Tuesday, Batuta accused Seyi of attempting to manipulate NANS' leadership process in favor of his preferred candidate. He urged President Tinubu to caution his son and prevent him from interfering in NANS' affairs.
