Shaibu stressed the importance of returning governance to the people and away from the elite. He emphasized the need for the government to cater to the needs of all citizens, particularly the downtrodden. He expressed his belief that the government should be accessible to everyone and that the rich should contribute more through taxes to support the system, as seen in advanced countries.
