President Bola Tinubu has approved the confirmation of the appointment of Adewale Adeniyi as the Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service.

This confirmation was announced by Mr. Willie Bassey, the Director of Information at the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation. The statement was issued on Friday in Abuja.

According to the statement, President Tinubu has tasked Adeniyi to bring his wealth of experience to bear on his new assignment. This indicates the President's expectation for Adeniyi to utilize his expertise and skills in fulfilling his responsibilities as the Comptroller-General.
