In his post, Justus highlighted that when he attempted to inspect his cousin's room, he found it locked while others were accessible. Upon inquiry, neighboring students informed him that the room was reserved for officials of the Student Union, suggesting it was considered the best in the hostel.

 

Following Justus's post, numerous students and alumni shared their own experiences of living in Eni Njọkụ Hostel, corroborating his concerns. Users such as Urch d’ billionaire and alZ recounted the substandard living conditions they endured during their time at the university, with overcrowding being a prevalent issue.
