In a statement issued by the family patriarch, Kunle Cole, on Sunday, the Cole family distanced themselves from the marriage, asserting that they neither consented to nor supported the union. They emphasized that anyone claiming affiliation with the Cole heritage by virtue of the purported event was not recognized or accepted by the family.
