With a public service career spanning nearly 28 years, Sanjeev Jaiswal has emerged as an experienced and result-oriented administrator in Maharashtra. A member of the 1996 IAS batch, he currently leads MHADA as Vice President and CEO. His work has covered major sectors including city management, rural development, water supply, public health and housing. In earlier roles, he contributed to initiatives such as Ganga Sagar Abhiyan for water conservation, Nagpur’s 24x7 water supply efforts, Thane’s digital governance push, Mumbai’s COVID response and rural water supply implementation under the Water Supply and Sanitation Department. His leadership at MHADA reflects his continued commitment to affordable housing, redevelopment and better access to public services.
