I'm sure your old tattooed makeup is still serving as a base for your everyday makeup, but I know that you cannot just leave the house without putting something over the old color. I know all of this, because I have seen and heard the same story from hundreds of women over the last 20 years with discoloration ranging from dark blue/green/charcoal to pink/red and purple.
